In his over 30 year career, Jay has held many delivery and practice leadership positions serving Fortune 500/Global 1000 clients globally. He has an track record for delivery of M&A, ERP and Business and Technology improvement projects of all sizes in a wide range of industries across the globe.

Jay formed Risk Controllers to provide the resources for companies to avoid the information technology pitfalls that can damage or destroy an otherwise promising acquisition or divestiture.

Having seen the consequences of compromised IT solutions in many M&A scenarios, Jay set out to build an organization based on core values and capabilities that can deliver the services for Information Technology that Deal Managers, CEO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s and Functional Business VP’s need to succeed whether as a Buyer or a Seller.
